People don't change from information alone, they change because of connections. We turn critical messages into meaningful stories that people can relate to, talk about, then act on.
In partnership with DTE Energy, we reimagined communication, shifting from one-off to an ongoing scalable system that drives engagement.
Starting with a foundation of creative storytelling, design thinking, and immursive motion, we crafted a scalable content system. From there, we pushed into an integrated campaign for consistent engagement across many touchpoints.

Safety communication must cut through constant noise to deliver messages that are understood to change hearts and minds.
Frontline crews operate in high-risk environments while managing a steady flow of information. Over time, this leads to communication fatigue.
This was an opportunity to rethink safety as a connected system that builds trust and reinforces behavior daily.
We approached this as a system, not just a content project.
Built on real-world stories shaped in collaboration with frontline workers, union leaders, and cross-functional teams, the work reflects how crews actually think, talk, and operate.
Starting as a pilot it evolved into a scalable safety communication system and reusable content library. This allows content to be produced faster, customized across teams and deployed consistently across existing platforms.
The content reframes the pre-job brief from paperwork into a critical moment of alignment, where crews clarify the plan, identify hazards, and confirm roles through open conversation.
Outcome: Stronger awareness, fewer assumptions, better decisions before work begins.
One of the most common and preventable categories of incidents, addressed through a clear and engaging storytelling approach. The content highlights everyday risks and reinforces simple, repeatable habits tied to awareness, movement, and preparation.
Outcome: Increased awareness of often-overlooked risks that lead to real incidents.
